Art Exhibition 2014

Summer is finally here. My students are already planning their holidays and vacations. Some are going to visit their grandparents, some go to enjoy the sunshine at the beach somewhere by the ocean. Therefore I decided to host this year's exhibition a little earlier, before they all leave.

This exhibition rounds up the past year and lets us have a fresh look at our works. Its all because, in a frame, those works look much more distinguished. Some parents even said: "You were saying that this picture was really well done, but I could't see it before it was put in a frame". This is all because the frames are a finishing touch that complete the picture.

I believe that the pictures, painted by your children, look a lot better than the prints of paintings done by famous artists. Its all because these prints don't have nearly that much feel in them. I once suggested to my friends, that spend a lot of time at work, to frame their child's picture and hang it in their office. Then, whenever you need a break, you can look at the picture and explore it for just 10-15 minutes, and, I kid you not, it will have just as much effect as 2 hours of sleep would. After trying it out, my friends said that this theory held up true in practice.

When kids draw their works of art, they share their pure emotions and feelings, putting them on the paper along with the medium they use for the picture. One look at such a masterpiece and you will also share the energy that was put into it. How is that for a little homemade miracle?

Thank you  to all my friends for the opportunity to share my passion to you.

My students' works can be seen on the Gallery page and I'm sharing with you some of the pictures taken at the Exhibition:
